Characteristics of effective substance
Chitosan 90 – is an animal fiber derived from the exoskeletons of sea crustaceans, which has a unique ability to absorb fat from food. A high degree of deacetylation (90 %) indicates the effectiveness of chitosan, which binds fat in the digestive tract and thus prevents its absorption in small intestine.
Garcinia cambogia – HCA (hydroxycitric acid) as an active substance is the main part of this South Indian herb. HCA reduces fat synthesis and at the same time considerably prevents fat storage. HCA assists in the stabilization of blood sugar level and thus creates a feeling of fullness and reduces a feeling of hunger. HCA simultaneously reduces the risk of liver steatosis and decreases the cholesterol level, which can be increased just with people suffering from overweight.
Chromium 3+ - organically bound trivalent chromium – lactate - is the most effective form, which is usable by body. It assists in regulating blood sugar level (it is a part of the glucose tolerance factor – GTF). At the same time it reduces the feeling of hunger and excessive appetite for sweets. It improves tolerance of simple sugars and use of proteins taken from food. It helps to reduce cholesterol level, contributes to reducing the risk of atherosclerosis, cardiac disease and diabetes mellitus.

Recommended dosage:
- 3 capsules 3x a day, approx. 30 – 60 minutes before meal.
- For proper effectiveness of chitosan a sufficient intake of fluids (2 – 3 litres a day) is required.

Usage:
- According to recommended dosing gradually swallow the capsules with a sufficient drink of beverage.
- Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable.
- Do not spill nor chew capsules!
- Once opened, the content should be stored at the temperature of 10-25°C and consumed within 2 months.
