Synergy 85 – powder concentrate for the preparation of a cocktail with a high content of proteins (85%) from both animal and vegetable sources. High protein content is reached due to a suitable combination of a broad spectrum of quality protein sources. Proteins, protein grafts, polypeptides, peptides and individual amino acids originate from whey isolate and concentrate, milk and soy protein concentrate, egg albumin and collagen proteins. Effective substances for the improvement of digestibility and protein utilization, and for the regeneration and protection of muscle and connective tissue are added to the product mixture.

Characteristics of effective substances:

The product Synergy 85 ensures an anabolic effect due to a high concentration of quality proteins and the addition of L-Glutamine. Whey proteins are represented in the product in the form of a special concentrate processed by the most modern technology and the enzymatically cleaved hydrolysate. They are of a high quality and have the highest biological value (often called as PER). The highest biological value means the most proteins usable for muscles, which enables the growth of muscle mass and power and thus also allows a better performance.
Soy proteins – isolated soy proteins are the high quality proteins on vegetable basis, which help create and maintain muscle mass and non-adipose somatic tissue, help reduce cholesterol level in blood, reduce probability of cancer or infarction occurrence.
Anti-catabolic effect is ensured due to a high content of essential branched-chain amino acids – BCAA, the source of which are just whey protein and natural concentrate of BCAA. BCAA protect effectively muscle mass from destruction, support its regeneration and are necessary for its growth.
Other effective substances:
A soluble fiber inulin is added as a “bifido-activator”. It takes part in stimulation of the beneficial microflora growth. At the same time it supports better utilization of some minerals (calcium) and helps reduce triglyceride level in blood.
Bifido cultures – bifido cultures support good digestibility of the product, positively influence the digestive tract and take part in recovery of natural intestinal microorganisms, which are necessary just for the digestive tract activity. 
L-Glutamine – an amino acid, which serves as a source of cell energy, increases growth hormone level, by itself carries 35% of total amount of nitrogen to muscle tissue and stimulates the immune system during stress.
Creatine – it serves as a depot of active phosphoryl groups, in the form of creatine phosphate it immediately provides energy for muscle activity. It is also used as a legal agent to support new formation of muscle mass.

Recommended dosing:

• For sportsmen: Synergy 85 is especially intended for power, velocity, power endurance sports. With regard to a high protein content we recommend to consume 40 – 60 g circa 1,5 – 2 hours after performance at the earliest. Another dosage of 40 – 60 g should be consumed either during the day, e.g. as a snack, or before bedtime, depending on a physical activity schedule.
• as a nutritional supplementation for sportsmen as well as non-sportsmen (e.g. in case of unbalanced food, the lack of proteins, in case it is impossible to provide quality food e.g. due to time shortage etc.): a one-shot dosage of 40 g according to actual requirement depending on physical activity intensity and protein intake from classical food.

Usage:

• one measuring cup = 20 g of Synergy 85.
• The dilution ration is 40 g (2 cups) into 200-300 ml of water or milk.
• The recommended dosage should be measured with an enclosed measuring cup and properly stirred in Nutrend shaker or mixed in water.
• The bottle should be always closed properly after usage.
• Once opened, the content should be stored at the temperature below 25 °C and consumed within 2 months.

Intended for special nutrition. It contains the source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria.  Store in a dry place at the temperature below 25 °C out of reach of direct sun radiation. Protect from freeze.  Not suitable for people with lactose intolerance. Not suitable for children.  Keep out of reach of children! It does not contain substances of doping character.
