PREMIUM 95 of the FUTURE SYSTEM family is a protein powder concentrate for the preparation of delicious, creamy cocktail with a maximum content of proteins of high biological value. These proteins come from ultra filtered milk protein isolate (98,5%), which is unique due to both its content of whey (globulin) and casein fraction and also its natural high content of anabolic amino acids (L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, BCAA) and peptides (lactoferrin). It has a minimum fat, lactose and sodium content.

PREMIUM 95 Characteristics of effective substances:
Milk protein isolate (MPI) is produced by special, expensive technology – ultrafiltration, diafiltration and subsequent lactose elution. It is a mixture of all protein fractions contained in milk (4:1 ratio of casein and whey proteins). Due to considerate production all protein fractions both casein proteins (beta-casein, alpha-casein) and whey proteins (beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin, serum albumin, glycomacropeptides) also remain preserved, in addition a minor milk protein fraction lactoferrin and an enzyme lactoperoxidase are further present. It also contains calcium bound in so-called casein micelles, which is perfectly usable by the body.
Thus, MPI combines advantages of both types of proteins. It is characterized by very strong amino acid spectrum. It contains a high amount of amino acids necessary for muscle protein synthesis – branched-chain amino acids BCAA, L-Glutamine and L-Arginine. It is very well digestible and usable. Due to a perfect profile of all essential amino acids it has a high biological value, which ensures its optimal usability by the body. It has a very low fat and lactose content – below 1 %. According to the latest clinical studies carried out on sportsmen, the diet containing casein and whey protein leads to much faster muscle mass growth and better muscle protection during hard power training than diets containing other types of protein supplements.
PREMIUM 95 Recommended dosing:
- The basic dose is 30 g. Consume 1 – 3 servings daily, depending on body weight, the type of physical activity and a consequent overall need of proteins.
- The optimal distribution of doses during the day (in importance order):
45 minutes after performance
30 minutes before bedtime - in the course of the day
- Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
PREMIUM 95 Usage:
- One measuring cup = 20 g.
- The dilution ration is 30 g (1 1 cup) into 300 ml of water or milk.
- The recommended dosage should be measured with an enclosed measuring cup and properly stirred in Nutrend shaker or mixed in water.
- The bottle should be closed properly after usage to prevent contamination.
- The content should be stored at the temperature below 30 °C and consumed within 2 months.
- It does not substitute varied food.
