Mirrage 50 ensures an anabolic effect due to a high concentration of quality whey proteins and the addition of L-Glutamine and branched-chain amino acids. Whey proteins are represented in the product in the form of a special concentrate processed in USA by the most modern technology (the special ultrafiltration) and an enzymatically cleaved hydrolysate. They are characterized by the highest biological value (often called as PER). The highest biological value means the most proteins usable for your muscles, which enables the growth of muscle mass and power and thus also allows a better performance.
Anti-catabolic effect is ensured due to a high content of essential branched-chain amino acids – BCAA, the source of which are just whey protein and natural concentrate of BCAA. BCAA protect effectively muscle mass from deterioration, support its regeneration and are necessary for its growth.
Whey proteins are a rich source of essential amino acids (the organism depends on their intake from food), without which it is impossible to achieve muscle mass growth or regeneration. Recommended dosage:

For sportsmen
Mirrage 50 is intended for all types of sports. The dosage is divided according to the kind of stress because all types of sports come through the phase of power stress as well as endurance stress (e.g. endurance runners come through the power stress during strengthening).
Power stress

• consume 40 – 80 g shortly after stress (c. 20 minutes), consume a one-shot dosage of 40 - 50 g during the day for another protein supplementation.
  Endurance tress
• consume 40 - 50 g up to 3 times a day according to the actual need during the day, possibly in the evening before bedtime.
  As a partial food substitution for sportsmen as well as non-sportsmen (e.g. in case of unbalanced food, the lack of proteins, in case it is impossible to provide quality food e.g. due to time shortage etc.):
• a one-shot dosage of 40 - 50 g according to actual requirement depending on the physical activity intensity and protein intake from classical food.

MIRRAGE 50 Pure Whey Usage:

• The recommended dosage should be measured with an enclosed measuring cup (1 cup = 20 g) and properly stirred in Nutrend shaker or mixed in water.
• The dilution ration is 40 g  (c. 2 cups) into 250 ml of water.
• The bottle should be closed properly after usage to prevent contamination.
• The content should be consumed within 2 months and stored at the temperature between 10 and 30 °C.
