Recommended dosing:
- For support of overweight reduction:
15 ml twice a day best in the morning before meal, 30 minutes before physical activity or in the evening before bedtime. - For sportsmen: 1-2x a day 15-30 ml – first portion about 30 minutes before start of performance, the second portion approximately in the middle of the activity.
- For support of cardial and cerebral activity and for keeping body weight: the basic recommended daily portion is 15 ml.
- Do not exceed recommended dosing.
CARNITINE LIQUID Usage:
- Prepare by diluting the content of measuring unit into cold, preferably sport drink (for example from the Reg-ge series).
- Milk or alcoholic drinks are not suitable for the preparation.
- After usage the bottle should be closed properly, measuring unit washed with water and dried out.
- After opening store the product at the temperature of 2-8 °C and consume within 30 days.
- Change of color into brown is natural characteristic of the product and it is not any defect.
The product is intended for special nutrition. It does not contain substances of doping character. It does not supplement various food. It contains a source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria. Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children.
