Garcinia cambogia – HCA (hydroxycitric acid) as an active substance is the main part of this South Indian herb. HCA reduces fat synthesis and at the same time it considerably prevents fat storage. HCA assists in the stabilization of blood sugar level and thus creates a feeling of fullness and reduces a feeling of hunger. HCA simultaneously reduces the risk of liver steatosis and decreases the cholesterol level, which can be increased just with people suffering from overweight.
L-Carnitine - carries fatty acids into the place of their burning (their breakdown), the mitochondria, and thus supports energy production from fats. In combination with HCA, when the fat synthesis is reduced whereas the body is forced to mobilize energy from adipose tissue, it is important to supply the body with L-Carnitine in order to amplify the effect of burning. L-Carnitine assists in the overall body energization and at the same time it significantly contributes to overweight reduction, supports cardiac and cerebral activity and improves physical and mental activity. Recommended dosage:
- 2 capsules 3 times a day, c. 30 – 60 minutes before meal or before physical activity.
