Characteristics of effective substances:

L-Carnitine base – L-Carnitine is a body's natural substance, which increases the conversion of fats into energy and thus supports overweight reduction and actual physical activity, increases resistance to physical stress and protects the heart from overload. The addition of L-Arginine and vitamin B6 increases the effect of L-Carnitine. L-Arginine – a semiessential amino acid plays an important role in many biochemical processes, supports the production of growth hormone, which contributes to fat burning and supports male sexual desire. Taurine – an amino acid positively influencing brain function in a state of energetic exhaustion of physical as well as mental origin. It optimizes neuro-muscular transmission. Vitamin B6 – it supports the conversion of amino acids, improves nervous system function and thus reduces possible problems with overweight reduction. Caffeine is added to the mixture for maximum energization and stimulation of metabolic processes. At the same time it assists in maintenance of concentration and attention during physical as well as mental stress. The addition of Panax ginseng helps the body to mobilize energy in order to cope with physical as well as mental stress, to strengthen the body and build anti-stress barrier. The mixture is added with green tea extract, which contains caffeine. Caffeine from green tea extract is bound to dietary fibers - tanning agents, and thus it is gradually used. The presence of alkaloids (substances with similar effect as caffeine – stimulating) amplifies the stimulating effect. Tea caffeine significantly assists in concentration increase, improvement of reflexes and postponing fatigue. Green tea extract contains high amount of polyphenols (bioflavonoids), and is also a good source of antioxidant EGCG, which is 200 times more effective in combating free radicals than vitamin E and pro-oxidants.

Recommended dosage:

For fat-burning support and overweight reduction:

• the basic recommended daily dosage is 1 drinkable phial once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach;
• in order to increase the effect, take another phial c. 30 – 60 minutes before exercise.                                    
• For sportsmen:
• 1 drinkable phial c. 30 - 60 minutes before physical activity; in order to increase the effect, in the morning on an empty stomach.
• The maximum recommended dosage is 1 drinkable phial twice a day, children of 15 years and older 1-1 drinkable phial a day.

Usage:

• Pour the phial content into your mouth or dilute the content with cold, preferably sport drink (e.g. Unisport).
• Milk or alcoholic drinks are not suitable for preparation.
• Once opened, the content of the phial should be consumed immediately.

Warning:

 for registered sportsmen considering caffeine content - at higher doses it can be considered as doping (1 drinkable phial contains 70 mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to one cup of coffee). Use 3-4 hours before bedtime at the latest.
