Modern protein-saccharide powder concentrate that is suitable for preparation of delicious full of fresh taste cocktail. It contains combination of high quality ultraviolet whey protein (WPC), biologically active peptides, mixture of saccharides, chosen free amino acids and other functional substances. Due to its composition that is given mainly by high amount of saccharides and decreased number of easily and fast digestible proteins, WINNER 14 is suitable for all kind of sportsmen because it meets their requirements for fast and complete regeneration of organism. It contains only a very small number of fats.
Characteristics of effective substances:
Whey proteins. The gainer contains only proteins that come from whey protein concentrate – WPC and enzymatically split whey proteins with biological activity that stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Whey protein belongs to the highest quality proteins. It is specific due to its balanced range of essential amino acids where above all excels the high content of BCAA (25 - 26%). It is perfectly digestible and well and quickly usable especially during time of organism regeneration, shortly after the end of the physical performance. Saccharides mixture. Saccharides are in WINNER 14 presented mainly by enzymatically split starches – maltodextrines and small amount of simple glucose and fructose sugars. The whole mixture is made to allow fast and effective renewal of energy reserves.
Natural BCAA concentrate. Addition of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine provides intensive renewal of muscle structure. Creatine monohydrate thanks to its ability to bind water in muscle cell allows more effective nutrition income and also faster regeneration. L-Glutamin belongs among sportsmen to conditionally essential amino acids. During physical performance the high consumption of L-Glutamine appears and its fast supply shortens the time that is needed for recovery. Taurin is a bacis amino acid of many protein types mostly muscles, heart and nervous system. It copies the function of very anabolic hormone – insulin. Sufficient amount of L-Carnitine in blood improves elimination of metabolic waste that arises during physical performance. Bifido cultures and Inulin help to good function of digestive tract and to its health state. To provide the perfect usage of all substances presented in the product, the balanced mix of chosen vitamins is added (E, B1, B6, B2, B12, B3, B5, H, C and folic acid).
Recommended dosage:
One dosage = 40 g. We recommend consuming the dosage shortly (10 – 20 min.) after the end of the training. For more intense regeneration we recommend to take the second dosage after 45 minutes once again. Use maximally twice a day depending on the structure of your meal. During increased fatigue caused by difficult physical training, we recommend to take another dosage before going to bed.
Usage:
One measuring glass stands for 27 g. Measure the recommended dosage by the enclosed measuring glass and shake it properly in Nutrend shaker or mix it in water or milk. The solution rate is 40 g in 200 – 250 ml of water or milk (if you require denser full of taste cocktail, the solution rate should be 40 g in 200 ml). Close the container after usage to prevent contamination. Once opened, store at the temperature below 30 ºC and use within 2 months.
