Carnitine – an effective substance of produkt Carnitin 1000 – it is a substance that has many important functions in our body:
- Among the most famous function belong the fact that Carnitin transfers fatty acids (fats) within muscle cell – it transports fatty acid through mitochondria membrane (mitochondria is so called power plant of cell – where the energy is produced).
- Second, less famous function of L-Carnitine, is “backward transfer” of metabolites (waste substances) from mitochondria.
Carnitine has the following effects:
- Carnitine facilitates beta-oxidation of fatty acids by the stimulation of NEMK transport to mitochondria.
- Carnitine increases potential of metabolism from Krebs cycle by economizing free Ko-A (coenzyme A) for glycid metabolism.
- Carnitine stimulates activity of lactate-dehydrogenasy enzyme which increases oxidative utilization of glycids.
- Carnitine supports catabolism of branched amino acids (leucin, izoleucin, valin) in muscle tissue in accordance with their usage as source of energy for muscles which is used in the case of some endurance performances.
- Carnitine activates transport of ATP from mitochondria to cytoplasm where it is used as a source of energy.
Carnitine plays an important role in fatty acids metabolism - it arranges transport of fatty acids among cells. It is an important supplier of energy mainly for heart and skeletal muscle.
L-Carnitine – L-Tartrate – a substance that contains 68% of L-Carnitine that is bound to tartrat. L-Carnitine transfers fatty acids to the place of their burning - to mitochondria and by that it supports creation of energy from fats. It participates on overall stimulation of organism and it also contributes to the weight reduction. L-Carnitine has positive effect on heart and brain function and it also improves physical and mental performance.
Recommended dosage:
- Basic dosage: 1 capsule of Carnitin 1000 a day
- Endurance sports: 2 capsules of Carnitin 1000 before the beginning of performance (60-120 minutes), we recommend long-term usage
- Strength power sports: 1 capsule of Carnitin 1000 before the beginning of performance (60-120 minutes), 1 capsule after the end of performance
- For support of fat burning: maximal 2 capsules of Carnitin 1000 between food during a day
Usage:
According to recommended dosage swallow capsules gradually and drink down by the sufficient amount of water or sports drink. Alcoholic or milk drinks are not suitable. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not bite the capsule! Once opened, store in temperature to 25°C and use within 3 months.
