Taurine is suitable for organism stimulation and most of all for stimulation of brain function. It helps to clear away tiredness, increases concentration and movement coordination. Effective substance taurine is the fundamental substance of energy drinks and energizers.

Taurine is nerves function stimulant and “accelerator” of nerves air transfer (for example air transfer to muscle fibre – acceleration of reaction).

Effective substance in product Taurine is the inessential amino acid taurine. Taurine functions as the stimulator of brain function, improves movement coordination, concentration, psychical resistance and stress toleration. It keeps away fatigue, takes away the feeling of exhaustion and improves concentration. Interesting characteristic of taurine is its ability to transfer glucose to the cell (similar as insulin) which can be used to fasten regeneration. For example during the strength power training – supplementation before the training increases the number of taurine in blood and during breaks between the individual series it allows transfer of saccharide to muscle cells – which in the next series means higher performance with higher number of repetition. Similar effect can be obtained also at other sports that allow fast regeneration between the individual parts of sports match (e.g. ice hockey – breaks between periods). It is important to supplement taurine to vegetarians who do not have sufficient intake from food (meat).
Taurine is suitable for:
During – increased fatigue, intensive physical activity, when the maximal performance is needed, when the overall stimulation of brain function is needed, during work where the constant concentration is required (professional drivers, mentally difficult work, students…)
Before – expected physical or psychical performance
For – gulping away feeling of exhaustion and improvement of concentration during studies (e.g. students)
Recommended dosage:
Maximal daily dosage – 2 capsules (2g of taurine)
Support of mental and physical performance – 1 capsule 30 minutes before the performance
Whenever during decreased concentration or mental fatigue – 1 capsule
Taurine usage:
According to the recommended dosage, swallow capsules gradually and drink down by the sufficient amount of water or sports drink. Alcoholic or milk drinks are not suitable. Do not bite the capsules! Once opened, store at temperature to 25°C and use within 3 months.
