SUPPORT 35 contains a combination of high quality ultrafiltrated whey protein concentrate (WPC), biologically active peptides, mixture of saccharides and specifically acting selected amino acids in free form and other high anabolic effect elements.
Due to the content of 48% saccharides and more than 35% rapidly and well usable proteins of high biological value, it is suitable especially for force and force high-speed athletic sportsmen. It is used for fast and complexed regeneration, supplement of energy and restoration of musscle mass tissue. It contains the minimum of fats. It does not contain other proteins of lower biological value.
SUPPORT 35 is intended for:
- effective regeneration, especially after force and force high-speed training
- protein and energy replenishment during the day in situations when access to quality food is impossible
- protein and energy replenishment in case of increased demand for proteins
- last nutrition and energy replenishment before training as pre-training light snack
Recommended dosing:
- One portion = 40-60 g. 60 g = 3 measuring cups.
- Dilution ratio is 2-3 measuring cups in 300-450 ml of water.
- We recommend to consume it about 20-30 minutes after the end of force and force high-speed training.
- After especially hard physical performace it is possible to increase one portion up to 100g.
- In case of partial substitution of meal we recommend to consume one portion about 60 minutes before the beginning of training.
Usage:
- recommended dosing should be measured with enclosed measuring cup and stirred properly in shaker NUTREND or mixed in water.
- The dilution ratio is 40g in 200-250 ml of water.
- The bottle should be closed properly after usage to prevent contamination.
- After opening store the content at the temperature of 10-30oC and consume within 2 months.
It is aimed for special nutrition. It contains the source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for people suffering from phenylketonuria. Not suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
