CEE (CREATINE ETHYL ESTER CAPS) is a compound of creatine and ester (esters are organic compounds which result from the reaction of carboxylic acids and alcohols), by another name esterificated creatine. The big advantage of these compounds is their very good stability and perfect utility, because due to esterification they are soluble especially in fats (and thus also in lymph). Therefore their transport into cells is far better in comparison with previous, older forms. Recommended dosing:

For muscle mass growth:

• take 6 capsules before or after physical performance. The combination with BCAA, CYCLOX and protein concentrate – Excellent 80, Premium 95 – is suitable.
  For improvement of physical performance – especially speed and power:
• take 3 – 6 capsules approx. 45 minutes before physical performance. The joint usage with Inosine is suitable.
  For speeding up regeneration:
• take 3 – 6 capsules shortly after physical performance. The joint usage with BCAA and CYCLOX is suitable.

CREATINE ETHYL ESTER
Usage:

• According to recommended dosing gradually swallow the capsules with a sufficient amount of sport drink (e.g. from Reg-ge series).
• Alcoholic and milk drinks are not suitable.
• Do not spill nor bite capsules.
• Once opened, the content should be stored at the temperature below 25°C and consumed within 3 months.
