Characteristics of an effective substances:
L-Lysine is an amino acid necessary fro growth and regeneration of tissues. It increases muscle mass quality, it participates in the creation of antidotes and hormones in organism, and it supplies necessary energy for appropriative usage of fats.
L-Arginine supports the production of growth hormone and this way it stimulates the creation of muscle mass, helps to keep muscle tension and participates in improving of spermatogenesis.
The combination of L-Lysine and L-Arginine in one mixture provides higher effect for muscle mass production. L-Arginine decreases the risk of liver fattening and cholesterol growth which could be evocated by the usage of L-Lysine.
Recommended dosing:
- Amino XXL has to be used especially after training activity (till 60 minutes), or before bedtime.
- Basic recommended dosing is 15 ml once a day.
- Recommended dose can be diluted in 1,5 – 2 dcl of water.
- Long-period usage of basic doses is without any risk.
Dosing for sportsmen:
- 15 ml after training activity and 15 ml before bedtime. In free days only 30 ml in the evening before bedtime.
Dosing for other situations - for example recovery after injuries, support of natural resistance:
- basic dosing: 15 ml once a day, the best before bedtime up to consumption of one consumer package.
- Boosted dose (for acute cases): 2 times a day (in the morning before meal and in the evening before bedtime) 15 ml up to consumption of one consumer package.
Usage:
- Serve by diluting of the content of measuring cup into water.
- Shake before usage.
- After usage the bottle should be closed firmly, measuring cup should be washed by hot water and dried.
- After opening store in temperature of 8-15°C and consume withing 2 months.
It is aimed for special nutrition. Sensitive people can suffer from Herpes if recommended dose is overshoot five times. It is not recommended for people suffering from hyperinsulinism.
